We knew it was a farce at the time but it was always nice to keep hope alive. You know during Obama when hope and change looked actually possible. We’ll, less than 10 years after the Paris accord was signed, we are close to the 1.5C threshold and our first climatic tipping point has been reached (https://flip.it/jHoyoN). We humans are checking (or killing) things off of the earth box like healthy living is no longer fashionable.
I hate to say I told you so but (not really), but the earth is finally speaking loudly about what humanity is doing to her, but we still cover our eyes, ears, and mouths because of the evils we humans unleash are too ugly to confront. I am surprised humans continue to use mirrors. Good luck to our fellow earth travelers and I apologize for my species selfishness and shortsighted ways.
